The largest recruitment platform in Switzerland is looking for a motivated self-starter who enjoys really getting into the customers’ shoes: This role is suited for a Product Manager with an interest in B2B products, e-commerce exposure and ideally some experience in the recruiting industry who would like to incorporate modern approaches like generative AI into a well-established product.
YOUR TASKS
- Drive the product strategy and roadmap for our job ad publication funnel, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers and marketers, to deliver high-quality and user-centric product solutions.
- Understand users’ problems and needs. Turn them into relevant solutions.
- Assess product success in quantitative and qualitative analyses.
YOUR SKILLS
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management roles covering digital products, ideally in marketplace and/or recruiting environments
- Some experience building and optimizing e-commerce presences in B2C or B2B environments
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile environment
- Solution-oriented and strong analytical thinking skills combined with a desire to make fact-based decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and clients.
- A motivated self-starter who enjoys a challenge of identifying and driving success where the path is unclear
- Fluent in English; German and/or French is a plus
