Customer Support Specialist (Female) - Intern [Pakistan]


 

3DM Solutions looking for Customer Support Representative that can liaison with our current and potential customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively solving customer issues
  • Complaints, and inquiries
  • Keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
  • Finding new clients/booking appointments on call.
  • Client Follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Can speak English / compose emails in English

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: Rs15,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Support: 1 year (Required)

Expected Start Date: 21/06/2023
