Job Description
  • Be part of the Digital Customer Experience (DCE) Team. Lead website improvisations project
  • Responsible for Website Analytics - Customer Journey Analysis, Key Website Metrics and media campaign/channel efficiency analysis, overall digital purchase funnel analysis
  • Implement Virtual Showroom, Finance Calculator, ChatBot. Website Journey Optimization, Website Structure/Ranking Optimization, etc.
  • Generate idea for website improvisation & optimization to enhance customer experience & engagement
  • Benchmark with competitors/across industry/ Original idea generation
  • Engage with cross-functional teams (MarCom, Product Marketing, Sales, After Sales, etc.) to brainstorm / capture / understand business requirements for the projects
  • Engage regularly with Global CE Team for project support, sharing, reporting, etc.
  • Work with external partners for project implementation, rollout and sustainment
  • Website metrics tracking & analysis for regular improvements/optimization.
  • Reporting generation for management meetings on website findings and suggested action plans

Qualifications
  • 7 years or more of total professional experience with 3+ years experience in similar role strongly preferred the following specializations: ecommerce transformation or digital platform/assets/development
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or Marketing
  • Good technical understanding of UX Design/Adobe Suite/Web Analytics/AB Testing/SEO/SEM/IT Infrastructure/Backend Systems
  • Experiences in managing company website and working with cross-cultural and cross-functional team are mandatory.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media and Digital Platform
  • Digital media savvy &is a must - deep numeric capabilities are desired
  • Proactive Approach towards work. Self-Managed
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent ENGLISH communication (verbal &and writing) skills
