Kelly Services, is a partner of a well-known Company located in Miraflores, who is a global leader on offering a unique logistics and transportation experience.
Currently, and to reinforce their Shared Service’s team, we are recruiting an Accounts Receivables(m/f).
Main responsibilities:
- Performing day to day allocation on SAP of customer incoming payments, along with verifying, classifying and recording accounts receivables' data on SAP.
- Ensure the respect for the rules and standards of the task.
- Identifying, indicating deviations and reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager
- Ensure good operational, day-to-day, relationships customers and suppliers.
Workplace: Miraflores
Note: first month is fully in the office, and afterward hybrid.
Work schedule: from 08:30 am until 17:30 pm, from Monday to Friday
Profile:
- Fluency in English (C1 level minimum - mandatory);
- Domain of Microsoft Office tools;
- Strong knowledge of SAP and other business tools;
- Previous administrative experience;
- Analytical thinking and organization;
- Resistance to stress;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Proactive and adaptable.
