- A minimum of 5 years of general maintenance experience is required for the maintenance
- manager position. Previous experience supervising employees, including directing work,
- evaluating performance and coaching for improvement is also desirable but not required.
- Experience troubleshooting and correcting electrical or mechanical problems,
- maintaining inventory levels and scheduling work is also required.
- Experience working with a diverse team.
- Valid unendorsed South African drivers license.
- Computer literate with experience in Planned preventative maintenance programs.
