Ensure that Vodafone Digital Services Up & Running with Automation perspective starting from development to production.
How will you spend your time at Vodafone?
Responsible & service owner for Digital App&Web channels products and services
o To ensure the service delivery is meeting the business and operational standards
o To ensure appropriate measurement and reporting of service performance, usage and availability is in place in order to analyse the trends to identify and prioritize improvement
o Implementing correct measurement of capacity demands
o Implementing DevOps tools and life cycle processes on responsible services
o Implementing Operational automation processes (test, deployment, alarm)
o Working in multiple Agile Squad teams and delivering outputs per each team
o Maintaining a close relationship with the respective departments (marketing, project office, infrastructure, solution) to be aware of any changes to or additions to the current scope of the services
o Leading micro groups and projects
You are just the person we’ve been looking for, if you have:
Significant experience on UNIX/ Linux/Windows Operating system.- Significant experience on Application servers Weblogic/Tomcat
- Significant experience of Java, .NET Applications and Management Tools
- Significant experience of UNIX/Linux Shell Scripting, Oracle PL/SQL and MSSQL systems
- Significant experience of MCCM Pega Product.
- Experience on Devops&Agile methodologies.
- Experience on CI/CD pipeline implementation tools
- Experience on Microservice architecture, technologies
- Experience on noSQL Databases Cassandra is a plus
- Excellent command of English
- Good team player skills
- Ability to work with ambitious timelines in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Strong communication / interpersonal and decision making skills – ability to balance conflicting interests
- Familiar with working in an international environment
