The Position…

L’Oréal LDB Greece is looking for a Customer Manager to join the Commerce team and help shaping the future of the Beauty shopping experience in the fastest growing retail channel, based in Athens and reporting to the Area Sales Manager.


You will…

Have specific clients’ accountability on a specific geographical area and lead the commercial relation.

Build strong relationships with clients to develop our brands and their dermocosmetics business.

Guarantee the brand image expressed at the point of sale and enforce compliance with merchandising guidelines.

Achieve qualitative and quantitative Sales objectives that are given by the Regional Manager and are in line with our Commercial Policy.

Conduct competitive intelligence on the points of sale.

Identify opportunities and increase distribution in accordance with the objectives set by the brands.

Optimize his customers’ routing and analyze all relevant data.

Ensure an effective educational partnership (recruit customers and their personnel for training, attending events, etc.).

Conduct regular development meetings with customers to track the achievement of sales targets and identify possible development activities (training, consultancy, and development interventions, sell out maximization, etc.).

You have…

Bachelor’s degree as a base.

Ideally 2 years of commercial / sales experience preferably in B2B environment.

Business orientation, innovative thinking, digital/e-commerce savvy, analytical, negotiation & problem-solving skills.

Ability to build win – win relationships with the customers as well as to maintain an open dialogue with the division’s gatekeepers; focus on growth; resilience.

Computer skills and systems literacy.

Results orientation and entrepreneurial spirit.

Ambition to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced B2B work environment.
