  • Ensures that department goals are communicated, understood and implemented in the branch

  • Manages the day-to-day activities of the staff and personnel and to the overall operations for the efficient and timely delivery of services
  • Maintains effective control, supervision and high service standards by coordinating tasks and work and ensuring that staff have the necessary resources to effectively perform their jobs
  • Ensures maximum satisfaction from the guests and handles complaints
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a college graduate of any Business and Hospitality course or equivalent
  • At least two (2) years experience in handling one branch/ establishment
  • Adept in the preparation of duty and time schedule of personnel
  • Able to conduct proper and accurate inventories
  • Knowledgeable in POS and computer generated reporting
  • Has vast analytical knowledge based on profits and losses report
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in MS EXCEL and MS WORD
  • Has good oral/written communication skills (English and Filipino, plus local dialect where applicable)
  • Willing to be assigned in any branch as per operational need

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php20,000.00 per month
