A highly reputable, rapidly growing, industrial company is seeking an experienced outstanding Sales Representative with Outside Sales and Business-to-Business (B2B) experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills with experience in specialized parts and mechanical knowledge of hydraulic cylinder and hose equipment, service, and repair.

Compensation

  • 2-3 - Day training period
  • HIGH commission on all New Lines of Business (new clients)
  • Up-Sale additional commission as incentive for follow-up sales (existing clients)
  • Commission Paid on Total Revenue for New and Existing clients
  • If previous sales experience, there are commission only options upon hire (ask during interview).

Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will act on behalf of Bilflex by creating value for current and future customers, managing client relationships, and relaying customer and market information back to Executive Leadership. This is a commission position for an experienced Sales Representative or Account Manager who is looking to partner with a rapidly growing, service orientated company.

  • Sales rep will manage all client communications and report any issues to Business Partners
  • Organize a layout, to follow up with all clients and submit weekly agenda to Lead.
  • Conduct daily, and weekly follow up with current clients and prospective clients.
  • Ask clients for referrals.
  • Sales Rep will be Sr. Sales Representative in Training – receiving weekly training sessions from Sales Manager, Sales Director and/or Strategic Team
  • Recommend products to customers, based upon customer’s needs and interests.
  • Maintain records, reports and notes on daily orders, phone conversations with customers.
  • Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
  • Submit detailed summary, daily and weekly of issues on accounts and suggest resolutions.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships; provide customer support with technical product information and prepare thorough and accurate quotes, order acknowledgements, samples, etc.
  • Attend training and sales meetings as required to stay current with all company products.
  • Collaborate with all appropriate departments and personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with all company rules, policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: 6+ years sales experience in industrial/mechanics/Fluid Power
  • Ability to work independently – progressively and creatively.
  • Know the basics of Mechanical operations of heavy machinery or job sites.
  • Independently identify areas of need and give feed back to Business Partners
  • Ability to work independently, in Office or Remotely
  • Comfortable at Job Sites, Project Management Meeting, Person to Person Contact
  • Strong and Ethical daily work management
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
