Job Description:
A Virtual Assistant is responsible for providing remote assistance to the management. Duties include conducting research and organizing data, interacting with customers on behalf of the client and performing additional clerical duties like updating calendars or sorting documents. Well versed in organizing admin work and sheets.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer emails and phone calls from customers.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Schedule appointments.
- Sort and organize documents.
- Manage worksheets for client management.
- Conduct online research as client requested.
- Prepare presentations according to instructions given.
Requirements
- Speaking Skills – Mid-level.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong organizational Skills.
- Ability to follow up to completion.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge in MS Excel (e.g. V Look-up and X Look-up)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,000.00 per month
