We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager with excellent leadership qualities for Brasserie Maris Piper & Maris Piper Chefs Table! If you are a (People) Manager, Restaurant Manager with ambitions to grow and know how to inspire, motivate and energize the serving staff through a positive approach, then you might be our new captain Front of House. Do you know how to create an unforgettable experience for our guests and can you convey this to your colleagues? Are you a hospitality manager with a passion for the restaurant industry?

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality of the service towards the guests (in all aspects), and you will be responsible for the wine policy of the restaurant. For this, you work closely with your Assistant Restaurant Manager as well as with motivated Senior steward staff are under your supervision. Our ambition within the restaurant is to focus on the higher culinary segment, including being listed in the Lekker500 and Gault&Millau (13.5 points).

Ideally, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager who:

  • Is a good team leader with an enthusiastic work attitude;
  • Is passionate about providing high-level service and can direct his/her team players accordingly;
  • Is charismatic and can have a good conversation with guests;
  • Is courteous and polite to others;
  • Provides extra service even when not asked;
  • Has basic knowledge of wines;
  • Can communicate well in English;
  • Can achieve both quantitative and qualitative goals;
  • Can handle figures.
