Payroll Specialist - KSA [Saudi Arabia]

Role Purpose:

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing salaries, Ad hoc Payments, Overtime, managing attendance, fines, and recoveries. The role requires an experienced and solution-focused professional to organize all processes for timely submission, audit, and payments.

The goal is to maintain all records in Oracle, respond to employee’s queries and update audit schedules.

Key responsibilities:

· Check/Validate Employee & Payroll Master (Head Count, Addition, Deletion, and changes in Salaries).

· Ensure all approvals as per company policies.

· Report Generation of Leave Salaries Advances and Deduction, Air Ticket, OT, Sick Leave etc. for review.

· Verification of attendance and interface/batch upload for “Deductions” and “Adjustments”

· Update Cash Advances Schedules in system and reconciliation.

· Prepare Shop Conformity, Car-Lift, Warehouse Commission, Online incentive, and other incentive as per company policy and procedures.

· Monitor of GOSI and payments on time as per Government Authority.

· Review payroll, monitor and manage reports for accuracy and reconcile as necessary. - Serve as a point of contact for employees with payroll or benefits questions.

· Deliver NOC, Salary certificates, STL (Salary Transfer Letter) to the employee in accordance with the internal rules and regulations.

· Handle the end of service, gratuity for all employees following the Labor law of the country.

· Participate in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits related policies and procedures.

· Contribute to the development of the payroll system by monitoring programs and identifying areas for improvement; by observing and implementing College and system-wide policies and procedures.

· Manage fines and recoveries.

· Handle the promotion memos with all salaries change and update.

· Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and respond to all audit queries.

· Maintain WPS Management System as per requirements.

· Maintain confidentiality across the department.

· Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications:

· Graduate with 3 to 5 years’ experience in Payroll.

· Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.

· Practical experience with payroll systems.

· Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field.

· Excellent communication skill.

· Oracle experience required.
