Key Account Manager [Sweden]

With our seven product categories: skin health, intimate health, digestive health, foot health, wellness, pain, cough and cold and speciality products such as Rx pharma care. Across these categories, we own a range of differentiated brands in both prescription drugs (Rx) and consumer products (OTC). Karo Healthcare is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices also in the UK, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Italy.

For our headquarter in Stockholm we are currently looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager. As our Key Account Manager you will be responsible for the overall sales and day to day relationship with strategic key customers. You will contribute positively to the sales team through cooperative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team goals.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for key areas such as yearly negotiations, promotion planning, trade presentations, price discussions, forecasting, sales follow up, and customer P&L
  • Build and enhance relationships with key accounts like pharmacies, retailers, and healthcare providers
  • Drive sales growth by identifying business opportunities and developing strategic plans
  • Responsible for optimization (drive growth) of the top line sales and bottom line profit at assigned customers. Hence, customer contribution
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and regulatory affairs to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Develop and deliver effective presentations to customers, communicating Karo Healthcare's brand and product value proposition
  • Sales responsibility and presentation in monthly sales meetings and ownership of promotion budget for specified key customers

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in key account management, sales- and/or marketing of Pharmacy products (OTC/Consumer Health) or in the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of sales of products within consumer healthcare/OTC categories
  • Broad experience in handling pharmacy customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
