- Age: Minimum of 18 years old
- Education: High school graduate (old curriculum)/senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
- Communication Skills: Above Average English communication skills
- Technical Skills: Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems
- Typing Speed: Typing speed of 25 - 30 words per minute
