Obowiązki

  • Lead the conclusion of monthly accounts, meticulously creating accurate financial statements and timely periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annually),
  • Examine and authorize entries in the general ledger,
  • Compute VAT and taxes (CIT) while managing tax compliance matters,
  • Engage with banking institutions and financial entities when necessary,
  • Maintain registers concerning fixed assets, accruals, and other pertinent financial data,
  • Reconcile general ledger balances with subsidiary ledgers (accounts, inventory, fixed assets, etc.),
  • Participate in the consolidation procedure and validate balances and transactions spanning group companies.

Wymagania

  • A minimum of two years of accounting experience, ideally within an SSC/BPO or Accounting Office setting,
  • Proficiency in English, reaching at least a B2 level,
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel,
  • Adaptability to working within an international context,
  • Experience in the BPO or SSC sector represents an advantageous asset.
