The opportunity
We are seeking for a Senior Security Architect to join our Technology team, focused on assesing, designing, building and implementing security solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with our clients to understand the challenges that they face and help implement bespoke solutions.
Your key responsibilities
- Review and advise on architectures for security applications.
- Analyze client’s security improvement opportunities and provide relevant and practical solutions to address those needs
- Plan and design security architectures.
- Provides technical expertise to maximize value from new and existing security products
- Assess, review and test implemented applications
- Be aware of the best practices and market trends regarding the various components of a technological architecture.
Skills and attributes for success
- Understanding an organization’s security policies and standards
- Advanced understanding of security cloud architecture
- Ability to automate security controls, data, and processes to provide improved metrics and operational support
- Ability to communicate solutions, ideas, suggestions to business partners effectively and comprehensibly
- Strong collaboration and communication skills – willingness to share ideas, documentation, and leading practices
- Conceptual and analytical skills – ability to extract, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements/strategies
- Knowledge of English at advanced level
To qualify for the role you must have
- A university graduate with a specialization in a Technical field
- 5-10 years of experience in design and architecture of a security environment
- Deep understanding of Infrastructure, security architecture and non-functional aspects like Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Availability, other “capabilities” of a system
- Ability to facilitate design discussions and communicate architectural decisions
- Strong interest in the field of information security
- Industry related certifications
