Ref: HR Admin Officer NSW
The HR Admin Officer role will provide excellent HR administration support, working collaboratively as part of a small HR Team within a dynamic, fast paced environment, to deliver quality HR services to HAHS staff, candidates and other external and internal stake holders.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Assisting with recruitment and selection administration activities.
· Completing screening interview questions with candidates and booking second round interviews with care coordinators.
· Assisting with second round interviews, where required
· Manage incoming HR enquiries via phone and email. Making outbound phone calls where necessary.
· Collect, save and follow up on all required employment documentation and ID
· Upload advertising print and online, and in our in-house database
· Keep candidates informed throughout the process
· Send out onboarding information to new starters
· Follow up new starter paperwork and induction information
· Prepare and send out Staff ID cards
· Add staff to and maintain our online training database
· Maintain employee personnel files, assist with file audits, HR registers & databases
· Assist to manage the expiry process for all Pre-employment Checks
· Assist to ensure exit checklists / notifications to other departments / exit surveys are
· actioned, and personnel records updated
· Assist as required with in person training request administration including bookings and recording
· Conducting reference checks on candidates
· Follow up signed contracts and various HR letters for our records
· Support the broader HAHS office team where required
· Other duties as required
About YOU:

- Possess a high level of computer literacy with experience using information management systems
- Demonstrated experience working in human resources / administration support
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Police Check and Working with children
Desirable:
- Relevant HR Tertiary qualifications
- Demonstrated understanding of HR principles
- Knowledge and understanding of compliance with regards to legislation and HR practices and policies

Salary: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
