The position
As our Health & Safety Partner, you will act as a specialist advisor within compliance and legislation on HS matters. We have two open positions – one within expansion projects and one within existing production areas.

You will be responsible of planning and running key HS processes e.g., management of changes. Furthermore, you play an important role in providing strong HS support in the different phases of projects. This must be done in close collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment on processes, requirements as well as continuous improvements within HS.

Other responsibilities include:
  • Handle and report on compliance requirements for our production processes and facilities.
  • Support production in planning and execution of audits within the HS area.
  • Drive goals related to HS and advise our stakeholders.
  • Analyse data, communicate, and act as the managers wingman within your field.
  • Ensure key deliverables and implementation according to plans and follow up on achieved results.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including Management, Project managers, other HS partners, HS representatives and colleagues in production.
The two positions are based in Gentofte, but you can expect to spend several days a week at other DK sites.

Qualifications
Your experiences include:
  • An academic degree with 3+ years relevant experience preferably from the HS industry in pharma/biotech industry but we are open to other industries/organisations where processes and activities are centred around high standards of HS.
  • Project management experience and knowledge with strategic and operational HS processes.
  • Good experience in planning, presenting data, and supporting and motivate key stakeholders on different level of seniority.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate a complex process landscape.
  • Fluency in English and Danish, both verbal and written.

As a person you have a fundamental desire to make a difference within Health and Safety. You see yourself as having high personal drive able to work independently and can pursue key focus areas. You aim to create vast networks across the organisation through strong relationships.

About the department
You will be part of an ambitious EHS department which consist of 12 great colleagues working as Health and Safety Partners, Construction Partners or Environmental Partners. You will report to the EHS manager in the department, but your daily work will include a high degree of independent tasks in an organisation with high complexity.
Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD) EHS department is a part of the BRD Business Support unit and has its base in Gentofte. Our employees are highly valued partners for the business. We go where we are needed the most – collaborating with production and central functions.
We are approximately 45 colleagues who support the production with the important areas of strategy, communication, finance, cLEAN® and EHS. We bring value to patients by having the high-level overview across BRD and by supporting production within key areas with highly skilled partners to make operation run as smooth as possible in collaboration with local colleagues.
