Office Management & HR Intern [Netherlands]

As an Office Management & HR Intern, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office environment while gaining exposure to various HR processes. This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to the administrative and HR aspects of our organization. You are, together with HR, responsible for the administrative and flexible work around the office and ensures that everything runs as efficiently and flexibly as possible. You precede as the first contact person for both colleagues, as the visitors upon entry.


Responsibilities


  • Creating a pleasant and inspiring atmosphere at the Amsterdam office
  • External customer service: giving the best service to our visitors at the office and taking care of the switchboard and general emails on time and with great service quality.
  • Ensure that the office always looks presentable, clean and tidy.
  • Facilitating office supplies, electronics and oversee office supplies.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and lunch.
  • Support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, interviews, and events.
  • Assist in drafting and editing internal communications and company policies.
  • Help maintain a positive office culture by planning team-building activities and initiatives.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Currently enrolled in a MBO or HBO study

  • Able to prioritize workload, have good organizational skills and a good eye for detail

  • You have an analytical but commercial mindset.

  • Great communication skills (English and Dutch)

  • Highly motivated to learn and develop

  • Excel skills are a plus.

    Available for a period of 6 months with the possibility to extend, starting September 2023 till the 1st of February 2024. For this internship position we only consider applicants who are already living in the Netherlands and are enrolled in an educational institution.
