The Job
- Seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing innovative sourcing methodologies and non-traditional channels to discover and attract new candidates.
- Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other platforms.
- Manage the company's full cycle of the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, offering, negotiating, onboarding, and appointing talented individuals to the team.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to managers.
- Participate in external events and organize internal events to promote the company's reputation as the "Best place to work."
- Engage in various other activities of the Talent Acquisition Department.
Your Skills and Experience
- 1+ years of recruiting experience. Possesses a good understanding of Technology space, its pace, and competitiveness, especially in Vietnam market.
- Strong communication, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates the ability to adopt a consultative and customer-focused approach.
- Working experience with Tech international companies is a big plus.
- Dynamic, independent, team player, and flexible in nature.
- Design, photography, entertainer skills, or any other artistic skills is a big plus.
