Main aim of Job
Ensures overall supplier product and process, raw materials quality planning in line with regulatory, industry standards, Brose Norm and Asian customer requirement.
Systematic planning of supplier audits and conducting consistent supplier audits and service provider, with aim of ensuring

Responsible for Supplier Quality planing in Quality team
? Accuracy inspect incoming material on time according to the procedure and incoming inspection plan.
? Quality planing for Purchasing part

Specific duties and responsibilities
1. Planning and performing Audit for new supplier approval and serial production based on customer specific requirements and Brose requirements.

• findings and action plan as decision-making basis for approving or developing suppliers
• New Supplier approval (initial evaluation)
• Extension of the supplier release (e.g. different product groups, D-parts, new production side of the supplier etc...)
• Special occasions audit (e.g. bad quality performance, escalated issues, etc.)

2. Responsible for Supplier Quality planning for standard parts

• Design review: In order to prevent any mistakes (Lessons Learned), the product will be systematically reviewed according to a list of defined product-specific questions and comprehensibly evaluated.

- APQP(advanced product quality planning): feasibility study with supplier - confirm the reliable producibility of the purchased part by the supplier and an assessment by Brose if the supplier is suitable for manufacturing the purchased part.

• SQG(Supplier quality gate): continuously monitor the quality of the parts throughout the process phases to ensure a robust development/manufacture of the parts and tooling.
• FRT(Full run test): Run at rate with Process approval
• PPAP(Initial sampling of parts) : responsible for the complete and timely procurement of the initial samples and documents.
• Planning of quality equipment incl. follow up of timing and budget and the release of such equipment

3. Define, manage, introduction and training of brose quality requirements to the EA region supplier
4. Ensure implementation of required Brose system to the supplier
5. Global support of East Asia region supplier’s problem resolving for all Brose Plant and BD
6. Responsible for Technical Requalification of supplier: Can perform or defines dates and responsible auditor after agreement with plants/CT/regions/SD
7. Take responsibility and support Global business development for EA supplier product.

[자격요건]
경력 3년 이상
대졸이상 (전기/전자공학, 공학계열 전공)
영어능통
Auditor training with one of the recognized institutes or internal auditor training
At least 3 years professional experience in the supplier quality management
Alternative equivalently acquired knowledge and abilities
