Are you a passionate designer with a knack for turning ideas into remarkable designs? If you’re up for the challenge of handling diverse design projects, both in product and marketing, we invite you to be a part of our creative team as a Senior Product & Marketing Designer!
Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver multiple design projects simultaneously (both product & marketing);
- Manage 1 UI/UX designer and a freelance designer if needed;
- Take concepts from research, to exploration, to prototypes, to production;
- Take full accountability for your work and exercise consideration of every detail;
Requirements
- You are proud of your design solutions and have an up-to-date portfolio to showcase your work (both web & mobile)
- Extensive experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
- Proven experience working with Figma
- Methods grounded in human-centered design and research; asking the right questions before assuming solutions or success
- A desire to work on a growing and evolving design team, helping shape its culture and operations
- Have English language skills at no less than an intermediate level
- Ukrainian & Polish languages are an advantage
