Product & Commercial Chapter lead will make a vital contribution to shaping the future of the Vodafone acquisition strategy by developing cutting-edge business capabilities and supporting the skill set development of colleagues across the organization.


How will you spend your time at Vodafone?


  • Provide strategic leadership for the chapter including setting the vision and strategy, planning, budgeting, governance and organization design of the chapter
  • Ensure the Chapter team members have the required proficiency to execute work packages, deliver the Chapter’s objectives and seek ways of continuously improving
  • Be accountable for and foster capability development of the team members
  • Find, attract, develop and retain talent commensurate with evolving function and Business needs, reflecting the diverse world around us at all levels
  • Enable talent to flow to where people and their expertise are needed most within the Business with an eye to both contribution and development
  • Collaborate effectively with different Chapters and other organizations for business impact and to deliver on business
  • Managing or taking active part in end to end recruitment processes including search, mapping and candidate relations management activities for all level of position
  • Taking active part in local and global talent projects
  • Ensuring the strong stakeholder management with internal and external parties
  • Responsible for the management of related IT systems such as applicant tracking system
  • Supporting the youth programs’ talent acquisition processes
