We are now looking for an Accountant for our group finance team.
Your tasks as an accountant will include for example:
- Daily General Ledger activities of Group companies
- A/R and A/P activities
- Monthly bookkeeping closing activities (incl. Journal Entries)
- Participation in Monthly Group consolidation activities
- Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Participation in Monthly reporting to Parent Company in China
- Participation in the Year End Financial Statements preparations
- Participation in the Audits
In addition, you’ll participate in different development projects such as internal process development and system integrations. You’ll also work as Kasperi fixed assets system main user. Last but not least, your daily working tasks include internal customer service providing financial data to various stakeholders.
You will work closely with and report to our Group Accounting Manager. You’ll also work actively with other finance team members and other internal and external stakeholders.
We hope you have at least the following qualities:
- At least few years of relevant accounting experience
- Relevant educational background
- Ability to communicate (both written and spoken) in Finnish and English
- Experience in using modern Accounting / ERP systems (any knowledge of Oracle Netsuite, Kasperi, MS D365 or M2 systems is considered as a plus).
We are looking for someone who is self-driven and proactive, willing to learn and active in communication. We also hope that you enjoy working in an international environment and in virtual set-up.

Location
The preferred location is at the MagiCAD Group’s office in Turku. Remote working, our Rauma office or Espoo office are also possible. The team meets at the office occasionally and we wish that you could participate the team meetings as well.
