RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the way in developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our company's goals and vision
• Collaborate with diverse teams to deeply understand user requirements and formulate effective content strategies
• Create captivating, concise, and impactful content across diverse channels, including websites, apps, and marketing materials
• Forge strong partnerships with designers, developers, and stakeholders to seamlessly integrate content into the user experience
• Stay at the forefront of content strategy and UX writing best practices, continuously enhancing our approach
• Mentor and guide junior content strategists and UX writers, nurturing their growth and expertise

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid grasp of content strategy principles, encompassing user-centered design, content planning, and creation
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams dedicated to producing exceptional written content
• Ability to keenly identify and articulate the unique needs of various target audiences, tailoring content to meet those needs effectively
• Strong comprehension of UX writing principles, including crafting content for different user personas and delivering clear, concise copy
• Familiarity with content management systems, web development, analytics tools, and other resources for content creation and management
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective engagement with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Highly adept at problem-solving related to content strategy, UX writing, and technical implementation
• Demonstrated capacity to consistently deliver high-quality work within established deadlines
• Thrives in both independent and collaborative work settings, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
