How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Work closely with the project team, and act as a bridge between all relevant stakeholders, to standardize and harmonize the end-to-end global processes
  • Drive the design of the revised “To-Be” standard process using simplification and automation to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify pain points and improvement potentials related to process steps and/or system functionalities and ensure the continuous optimization of the process
  • Provide input for the definition of process KPIs, implementing controls, maintaining compliance, governance and communication structure for the process
  • Document the current state, monitor and measure the effectiveness, control and ensure internal and external documentation of the processes and develop an implementation plan for the revised process across the countries
  • Execute function-level change management using a strong understanding of the business (e.g., readiness, timing, impact on stakeholders, data, tools, systems, policies, etc.)
What You Bring
  • University degree in a business-related subject area (Business Administration, HR, etc.), preferable with a focus on HR, IT, or process optimization
  • Long-term experience in business process transformation, with focus in process digitalization, implementing HR processes or improving the process performance in a global reach
  • Proven experience in new process design, process mapping and improvement with strong process methodology expertise on the business, systems, and processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication and cross-team collaboration skills to act as a liaison between the HR function and the business to effectively influence decisions, direction, and outcomes
  • Familiarity with technologies used to support HR Master data (Workday), benefits (Benify)
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and follow-through skills
About the Team

In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function – Standardization and Harmonization. This is a lean, but truly global and diverse team of specialists with an open attitude. You will get all the trust and empowerment to be successful. Handling various HR topics spread across geographies will be intense, and global and require certain flexibility and commitment.

Within the Human Resources, the Standardization and Harmonization Technology team will be responsible for all global HR processes from Hire to Retire tools, enabling the digital transformation for HR service delivery. So, you and your colleagues will be the engine for transformation and our future HR landscape.

The business functions provide first-class services and solutions in the areas of IT, human resources, finance, real estate, strategy & technology, among others, and thus actively support the business.
