As a Junior Business Systems Engineer, you’ll be an important part of the team to help us maintain and improve the company’s operational efficiency through optimal usage of these central tools.
What you’ll do
- Day-to-day management and administration of Atlassian Cloud products JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management and Confluence;
- Provide end user coaching, training and support. Support key-users and local-admins in the daily configuration and management of their JIRA projects, Service Desk portals or Confluence spaces;
- Support on the usage of MS Office and Google suite tools within the company;
- Assist on maintenance of a consistent Access Control Policy on these systems & tools by supporting proper execution of Access requests & Access reviews;
- Perform data integrity and system clean-up using standardized processes and remediation plans;
- Explore the various APIs at our disposal to retrieve key information on our tools usage and enable data integration or reporting with external systems
About you
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Sciences;
- You have 1+ years of experience managing Project management solutions and/or documentation solutions, ideally Atlassian JIRA and Confluence;
- Experience with Google G-Suite, MS Office 365 and/or Salesforce is a plus;
- Experience in API calls development is also a plus;
- You are passionate about delivering high added-value and support to end-users;
- You are customer-minded, rigorous and results-driven;
- Your have a great team spirit, creativity;
- You have a sense of initiative and responsibility;
- Fluent in English.
