HR Administrator [Pakistan]


 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Officer to join our organization. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources functions and contributing to the overall success of our company. You will be responsible for performing various HR duties and providing assistance to employees and management. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.

Employee Relations:

Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits.
Address employee queries and concerns, and escalate complex issues to the HR Manager as needed.
Assist in conducting investigations into employee complaints and disciplinary matters, maintaining confidentiality and fairness throughout the process.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave balances, and performance evaluations.
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies.
Assist in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Training and Development:

Coordinate and assist in organizing employee training programs, workshops, and other development initiatives.
Maintain training records and track employee training compliance.
Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting and performance appraisals.

HR Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare HR reports and metrics, including turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and training evaluations.
Analyze HR data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
  • Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Rs40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
