Job Description

11 MILE PROPERTY, LLC is looking for a full-time, experienced, and professional Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our company’s internal systems and databases. The ideal candidate will be able to manage our company’s internal processes and procedures, including but not limited to: Accounts Payable, Billing, Customer Service, Human Resources, and Accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our company’s internal systems and databases
  • Review and approve invoices for payment or payment terms; prepare bank deposits; communicate with vendors or other parties to resolve billing issues
  • Ensure that all invoices are properly labeled with proper information; prepare and send invoices for approval
  • Ensure that all bills are properly labeled with proper information; manage billing files and documents
  • Manage the process of generating monthly reports by reviewing billing information; preparing monthly financial statements
  • Manage the process of collecting payments from vendors or other parties as needed; manage vendor accounts, including ACH deposits and wire transfers
  • Manage the process of filing tax returns as needed
  • Manage the process of collecting monthly sales tax returns from customers
  • Manage the process of collecting sales taxes from local jurisdictions as needed
  • Manage the process of collecting sales taxes from local jurisdictions as needed
  • Prepare quarterly financial statements and budgets as needed
  • Other duties as assigned.

This position will require a candidate to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of urgency. The candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The candidate must also have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills (Microsoft Office), and be able to multitask effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must also possess excellent customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
