A Loan Management System (LMS) is a web application used for loan servicing tasks. The system will automate many aspects of loan management, from origination (the process of creating new loans) to servicing (managing ongoing loan payments), collection, and reporting.
What is the necessary skill set?
— 5+ years of experience with C#
— experience in technologies: ASP.NET Framework and .NET 5/6

— knowledge of OpedIddict, EntityFramework, AutoMapper, OData— knowledge of web standards and technologies including accessibility compliance
— English — Upper-Intermediate
What should you do?
— work on a fintech project
— generate ideas and ways of project implementation
— design and implement a solid architectural foundation for the LMS platform, which ensures scalability, data integrity and security.
— communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing guidance, recommendations, and explanations as needed
— create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, technical specifications, data models, and architectural diagrams
— lead a team of 5+ developers
— provide an estimate for projects
— ensure that the development stages and processes are adhered to
