As a Senior Sales Engineer, you have the unique opportunity to work closely with the sales and R+D team whilst solving technical problems for customers. You can further share your passion and knowledge with internal and external clients through training and seminars to demonstrate the products and services abilities and opportunities.

For this exclusive opportunity, our client is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to cover the DACH area.

Responsibilities:


  • Support the Product Application Team with technical knowledge during customer visits (b2b)
  • Provide technical information, presentations, trainings, and support
  • Analyse customer requirements and work with R+D to provide specialised solutions
  • Monitor markets, and trends and liaise with the team to identify new products
  • Ensure technical and marketing documentation are aligned to corporate guidelines and legal requirements
  • Increase your already solid technical knowledge
  • Support the company's sustainability efforts and transition


Candidate Profile:


  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in engineering or chemical engineering or similar
  • Previous commercial experience with a business-focused mindset
  • Ideally a background in engineering in the automotive or chemical industry
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Flexible and dynamic with a can-do attitude
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Willing and able to travel across DACH
  • Languages: English plus near-native German, and other European languages are considered a strong advantage
