Job Responsibilities:

  • Update team organization chart.
  • Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms to the team members.
  • Make travel arrangements and other necessary arrangements.
  • In-charge for the documents expenses and hand in reports to the responsible parties.
  • Logging or processing bills or expenses.
  • Perform routine bookkeeping tasks, such as documents in & out.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' working experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point).
  • Experience in data processing, bookkeeping or other skills that are advantage to the administrative work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
