We are looking for a Customer Feedback Collector to join our team and help us improve the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience collecting and analyzing customer feedback, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement feedback collection methods, such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
  • Analyze feedback data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Report findings to stakeholders, including management, product teams, and customer service representatives.
  • Work with stakeholders to implement changes based on feedback findings.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Should be fluent in speaking Hindi.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
