As an Automation Engineer, you will be working for our client, a dynamic, and innovative company at the forefront of technology. Join our team to help shape the future of network automation, and contribute to building cutting-edge solutions that enhance efficiency, and performance.
Your main responsibilities: Developing reusable automation patterns to streamline processes
- Integrating automation solutions with internal tools, and systems
- Optimizing business processes to enhance network automation capabilities
- Creating self-service functionalities for the network automation platform
- Documenting, and providing training for automation solutions
- Developing Itential adapters, and provide support
- Contributing to the overall improvement of network automation tools, and systems
You’re ideal for the role if you have:
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, network engineering, or network management
- Proficiency in IaC, and scripting/programming languages like Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform, Go, and Node JS
- Familiarity with SCM (Source Code Management), and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) tools like Git, GitHub, and Jenkins
- Experience with network monitoring, and observability tools
- Familiarity with service management tools, including HashiCorp Vault
- Strong expertise in network automation OSS (Open Source Software) tools
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Familiarity with Itential
- Additional certifications or training related to network automation, and related tools
- Prior experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of software-defined networking (SDN) principles
- Experience in designing, and implementing network automation solutions
- Familiarity with network security, and best practices
