A Pub and Restaurant in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Waiter (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. related to portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
- Inform customers about the day’s specials
- Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Communicate order details to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drink orders
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments
- Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven 1-2 years of work experience as a Waiter in a restaurant or hotel or in a similar role
- Knowledgeable and experienced in serving customer
- Knowledgeable of food and beverage service
- Efficient and organized
- Attentive to details and cleanliness in particular
- Good stamina and ability to work long hours
- Team-oriented attitude
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good work ethic, teamwork attitude and time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp3,200,000 - Rp3,500,000 per month
