The team for you to join
You will be joining the Supply Chain and Finance Team , also you will be located in Perú. We all chip in when and where it is needed, have a flat structure but high standards, enjoy a good laugh and a pragmatic and operational approach to supporting our agenda. We love to learn and genuinely find our purpose and passion in Oterra.
What would your role look like?
This position will support Supply Chain and Finance Team
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Student or recent Bachelor of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related.
Supply:
- OC generation and management
- Issuance of invoice, CO, CLV and other shipping documents for exports.
- Preparation and update of reports
- Management of samples for clients
Finance:
- Review and entry of invoices in SAP
- Application of payments in SAP
- Review of open accounts in SAP GR/IR
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Tools needed:
- Office Advanced (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- SAP (desirable)
- Languages Required: English (intermediate)
