Your day to day:
As part of the Group Privacy team, a function under Vodafone Group Legal which oversees Vodafone’s global Privacy Programme and ensures its implementation within Vodafone Group you will be joining us as a Privacy Operations Specialist, and be part of our award winning, empowering privacy function, working on cutting edge privacy matters:
- Working to protect the privacy of more than 500 million Vodafone customers and employees
With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business:
- Supporting our Privacy by Design and Assurance activities across a range of data processing activities including conducting privacy impact assessments;
- Triage, categorise and manage incoming Privacy demands in a timely manner and action the correct process to the highest of standards;
- Supporting Data Privacy Incidents Management and Supplier Compliance processes;
- Conducting re-assessments of high and medium risk personal data processing activities;
- Supporting regular Policy Compliance Reviews;
- Offering external and internal data protection query support;
- Developing and embedding privacy notices, templates;
- Support and manage Group Privacy team projects;
With these skills, you are a great candidate:
- 1-2+ years’ experience in privacy and or compliance;
- Experience in working with contracts and data protection clauses is a plus;
- Good understanding of global privacy landscape;
- Knowledge of compliance management standards, tools, methodologies (experience of OneTrust would be advantageous);
- Excellent organisational skills, able to handle multiple requests with differing priorities and stakeholders;
- Excellent command of English, and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication.
