Requirement:
Minimum Diploma with 2-3 years of related working experiences in EMS manufacturing.
Computer literate, such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Knowledge in ISO 9001 / 14001 / IATF 16949 / RBA
Good communication skills and able to interact with people of different levels.
Candidate must have good judgment skills and creative planning ability.
Job Responsibilities:
To follow up production running according to the schedule planned.
To follow up material with store.
Control and discipline leaders and operators.
Manpower arrangement and allocation of production.
To ensure machines running with good quality and efficiency.
Ensure all lot closes according to the schedule.
Arrange reject PCBA/ WIP for repairing / debugging.
Update the daily production report and follow up the status.
To ensure production housekeeping done.
All others matters as required by superior.
Support on NPI production.
Ensure the control of production based on the planed condition 5M1E(man, machine, material, method, environment, measurement) to production conforming products;
Promote competence and awareness of workers; conduct on-the-job training, retraining and evaluation for workers, motive workers to achieve the quality objective;

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
