1. Write clear marketing copy to promote our products across social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn)
2. Coordinate with the designer to work on campaigns
3. Work on creating persona-based content for marketing e-mails
4. Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to write articles for the website & LinkedIn
5. Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
6. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
7. Update website content with product description
