A well-established organization is looking for a Handyman must have a experience in Painting,Welding and Plumbing etc.
Location: In the surrounding areas of Tshelimnyama,Marianhill and Pinetown areas.
Requirements:
- years of experience as a handyman
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience with appropriate electrical tools and equipment
- In-depth knowledge of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Problem solver
- Attention to detail
- Matric
- Must be criminally clear
- Must reside in the described locations above or surrounding areas.
Handyman duties and responsibilities:
- Clean facilities regularly
- Regularly perform maintenance jobs and light repairs
- Regularly perform various landscaping tasks
- Fill gaps and provide painting services
- Perform lightning installation and carpeting
- Repair equipment and various machines and appliances
- Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work
- Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed
- Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems.
- Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks.
- Oversee the sprinkler system and trash containers on the company premises.
- Conduct performance assessments of company appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens and coffee makers.
- Provide clients’ with support and guidance on maintaining their equipment.
