We are looking for an experienced Communication Specialist to our multinational partner’s team for a 1 year period collaboration. Participation in the opportunity is possible both as a contractor or FTE for fixed period. The home office possibility is flexible, 100% remote work can be accepted.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with project objectives and already ongoing communication efforts.
- Create and distribute project-related content across various channels.
- Act as a liaison between the project team and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Prepare and edit written materials such as reports and presentations.
- Organize and coordinate events such webinars, and workshops related to the project’s communication.
- Be part of and collaborate with the Organizational Change Management Team Community Manager to engage with the project’s online community and address inquiries or concerns.
Requirements
Proven experience in a communication role, preferably in a project-based environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with an attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to adapt communication styles for different audiences
Nice to have
Bachelor's degree in, Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
