The job:
As a Director of Marketing Ops & Effectiveness you will drive forward marketing performance across the entire marketing organization by providing strategic recommendations and insights based on data to inform the marketing team on budget allocation, ROI, successful campaigns and testing moving forward. Manages one team member responsible for marketing operations (technology and tools.)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to), reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer:

Role & responsibilities
  • Leadership: Lead the activities of the Marketing Operations and Effectiveness department, including managing department personnel, motivation, expanding, and training a high-performing team. Developing and managing the annual department budget.
  • Strategy development: In coordination with Marketing Leadership, set appropriate goals for Marketing which ladder to the company’s overall initiatives and strategy.
  • Performance Management: Create and own recommendations and insights into marketing’s performance, aligned with marketing spend to focus and improve marketing ROI. Presentation of insights and feedback to senior stakeholders and gathering feedback. Align with internal marketing teams to increase conversion across the funnel and ROI of marketing activities.
  • Campaign Performance: Measure campaign performance and funnel performance, creating dashboards to measure key metrics in real time and tracking success of increased revenue due to effective lead management process by driving and understanding key KPIs and lead follow-up.
  • Analytics: Management and co-ordination of global marketing reporting with the view of creating a single source of truth for marketing ROI. Align cross-functionally with Sales Operations and Business Intelligence to ensure consistency at department and company level.
  • Marketing Automation: Manage all processes related to marketing automation and campaign execution, with a focus on standardization, efficiency, optimization, reduction of manual effort, and scalability.
  • Data management: Oversee marketing data management, strategy, oversight, and governance, with a focus on improvement of end-to-end lead flow and management and related data hygiene and enrichment.
  • Marketing tech stack: Oversee end-to-end ownership, management, and optimal usage of marketing tech stack, tools, and integrations.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking an accomplished professional who embodies exceptional problem-solving abilities and is well-versed in analytics, insights, and business intelligence reporting, you are able to uncover the hidden potential within marketing data, translating it into strategic gold.
Furthermore:
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in analytics, insights and business intelligence reporting
  • 5+ years in B2B Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years in a Marketing/Revenue Operations ownership role
  • People management experience preferred.
  • Technical understanding of CRM systems (Hubspot a plus), the Salesforce platform and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI (preferred)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making.
