Our client is looking for a Social media coordinator to join their fast-paced and dynamic team based in Durban. This is an onsite role operating from Mondays to Fridays.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Social media content writing.
  • Passionate about content creation and branding.
  • Social media design experience (Canva or alternative).
  • Social media strategy.
  • Researching and implementing industry trends

Qualifications and experience

  • Marketing degree.
  • 3-4 years experience in social media.
  • Experience in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tik Tok.
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools like Social Pilot.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills (grammar nazi).
  • Passionate about writing and content creation, breathing things to life.

Technical Competencies

  • Strong planning and organising ethic.
  • Strong problem solving skills.

Behavioural Competencies

  • Good Interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough attention to detail.
  • Task driven and delivery focused.
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
