What you will enjoy doing
- First and second level support of users in the region
- Work on regional standards regarding IT systems, IT equipment and IT processes
- Design, implementation, operation, monitoring, documentation and maintenance of regional IT systems in coordination with the regional IT team.
- Incident management in cooperation with Regional IT, Corporate IT and/or vendors (e.g. hardware case handling)
- Support and implementation of global IT projects, Alpla policies and guidelines
What makes you great
- IT based technical education
- Experience as IT systems engineer, IT admnistrator or IT technician
- Familiar with Microsoft operating systems (Server/Client), office applications and IT hardware and peripheral devices
- Experience in network support
- ITIL knowledge and first project management experience advantageous
- Fluent English
- Hands-on mentality
- We expect result-oriented work, a high degree of independence and personal responsibility, as well as entrepreneurial action.
- Willingness to travel (<30%)
