Look no further – we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a R&D Product Manager at ABB Oy, Large Motors and Generators division in Helsinki. You will be responsible for product platform, design, development activities as well as support sourcing and manufacturing development activities. Promoting and supporting the innovative high efficiency power conversion concept and pilot offering together with product management organization will be a major task in the beginning of the development phase. As a trailblazer in your field, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of electrical power conversion to motion. Your responsibilities
- Leading development of innovative new product platform
- Leading development of technical solution
- Leading of power electronics component sourcing strategy
- Hand over strategy from technology development to product development
Your background
- A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in electrical engineering or electronics
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English, Finnish language skills is a benefit
- Organized way of working, willingness to take responsibility and customer-focused service mindset
- Good social, behavior and networking skills
