About this position
providing support to customers via phone and email
handling product and service complaints and queries
responsibility for correct order handling and customer data maintenance
proving basic product support
implementation of processes and procedures related to Customer Care
promoting current campaigns and offers
cooperation with sister companies
Requirements
experience in customer service field, preferably with order management
native (or close to native) French and fluent English
knowledge of SAP is big advantage
excellent communication skills and pro-client orientation
computer skills
sense of detail, positive attitude, stress resistance
