The epitome of contemporary elegance, this leading spa in Galway comprises 12 beautiful treatment rooms, a Thermal Suite with vitality hydro pool, a soothing crystal steam room, lifestyle rain showers, a rock sauna, a cooling ice fountain, a number of tepidarium heated loungers and a fully-equipped fitness studio. Guests can choose from an extensive menu of leading treatments, each delivered by one of our experienced team of dedicated and highly-skilled ESPA therapists. The Role
The renowned ESPA at the g are currently recruiting for an experienced Spa Receptionist to join our passionate, dedicated and highly skilled team.
- Deliver a variety of spa services to the highest professional standards.
- Ensure that the Department operates in a client focused manner; always striving to deliver on and exceed client expectations at every opportunity.
- Ensure all clients receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their treatment and our clients experience lives up to and exceeds expectations from the moment of initial contact and right through to the end of their treatment.
- Handle all client queries in a professional manner.
- Keep treatment rooms clean and stocked at all times.
- Achieve product sale targets set by Management.
- Be efficient in all aspects of the Spa Business i.e. when taking a spa reservation use the time slots as efficiently as possible.
- Reception duties, enquiries, cash handling and point of sale handling.
- Stock Control.
- Be willing to be trained and developed in recommending treatments
The Person
- Relevant Qualifications - CIBTAC, CIDESCO and ITEC PREFEREABLE
- The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills
- The successful candidate must be friendly and customer driven
- Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Must have the ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Fluency in English is essential
- Experience of SpaSoft is an advantage
Remuneration
An attractive remuneration package is available to include commissions as well as non-cash incentives and flexible work schedules.
