Astute has an active and successful telesales campaign dialling into the USA Small Business Market during UK working hours of 2- 11pm Mon – Fri. Due to ongoing success and growth opportunities we are looking to fill vacancies within our talented telesales team.
You will make calls to BUSINESS CUSTOMERS BASE in the US market. Your focus will be to Generate Leads for Account Managers.
We believe in a simple but effective sales strategy, we will teach you how to open the call, find the customers need, objection handle and match the need and Generate leads!
To hit the floor running it will be beneficial if you have previous experience within a customer facing or telesales outbound position. However, this is not essential to you succeeding within the role as we will provide full training and ongoing support. Although we would expect the successful candidate to be highly responsive to coaching/advice and eager to adopt new skills and techniques to help assist you becoming an extremely successful agent!

Your daily duties and responsibilities include:
· Contacting existing customers to inform them of new products
· Answer questions about products and how they can improve their business
· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
· Direct prospects to customer support where required
· Enter and update customer information in the database accurately
· Take and process orders in an accurate manner
· Handle any grievances in a professional manner and to preserve the company’s reputation
· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales target
· Adhere to the compliance and call quality expectations

Basic Salary Starts at £2,1750 per year + UNCAPPED COMMISSION (23+ yo)
Fast tracked promotions to £24,000 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
