Joyland Rawalpindi is looking to hire "Assistant Manager Operations"
Education: Bachelor or Master
Salary Range: 60,000/- to 90,000/- or negotiable on Expertise
Experience: 2 to 3 years (Must have amusement industry experience)
Numbers of Position: 1
Key Responsibilities:-
- Delegating tasks to Team Leaders and staff.
- Ensure proper customer service training of all kinds that are required.
- Assist the Operations Manager in all tasks.
- Monitoring the team’s performance.
- Assisting the team by performing the tasks with them.
- Helping with training and development of staff in customer services.
- Handling complaints (from both staff and customers).
- Good in Customer Services
Skills required:-
- Excellent communication, time management, planning and organizational skills
- Marketing skills
Duty Timings: 02:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
