Garda is looking to hire an Investment Analyst to join the team in Singapore. The candidate will be supporting portfolio managers in exploring and analyzing investment ideas.
Additional responsibilities for this role will include (but not be limited to):

- Execute trades across rates and FX products, and assist portfolio managers risk managing their portfolios
- Maintain and build spreadsheets to assist portfolio managers in making investment decisions
- Assist in the development of trading strategies to complement investment decisions
- Support the team's research process, including data collection and analysis, prototyping, back testing, and performance monitoring
- Communicate trading opportunities in written and verbal form to the Investment and Leadership teams
Required Qualifications:
- Four-year degree in Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Applied Math, or similar quantitative or technical discipline
- Strong excel skills and demonstrated analytical skills
- Detail-oriented nature with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking, strong attention to detail and independent problem solving skills
- Intellectual curiosity and motivation to innovate and improve
- Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, time sensitive team environment
- Ability and willingness to work unconventional hours
